Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or wish to provide feedback about our company we want to hear about it.
Our Customer Complaints & Feedback Procedure has the following goals:
To resolve complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively;
- To increase customer satisfaction;
- To ensure that all complaints are handled in a consistent manner throughout;
- To use complaints constructively in the planning and improvement of all services.
Who can complain or provide feedback?
Anyone who receives a service from Verve Fitted Bedrooms.
How to complain
Verve Fitted Bedrooms would like to resolve any complaint or concern as soon as possible.
Many complaints can be resolved quickly and effectively. In the first instance contact us on 01245 400300 and, ask to speak to Paul Innes the Managing Director, who will try to remedy the matter directly.
If you are not satisfied with the resolutions put forward we would ask you put your complaint in writing and send it to:-

The Compliance Administrator will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 days and respond in full within 28 days.
Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them.
